Complete dentures
Full upper and lower dentures fabricated with custom shade selection, mold choice, and individualized tooth arrangement. Multiple try-in stages ensure esthetic and phonetic approval before final processing — so there are no surprises at delivery.

Built to fit. Worn with confidence.
A denture is only as good as the relationship between the occlusal plane, VDO, and tissue support — and those relationships are established through careful communication between dentist and laboratory. We follow a rigorous multi-stage workflow: custom tray → final impression → try-in → processing → delivery.
For immediate dentures, we coordinate timing with the extraction schedule so the prosthetic is processed and ready on procedure day. The patient leaves with a denture, not a gap.

Complete denture FAQ
Common questions from referring dentists about our complete and immediate dentures.
What changes between a conventional and an immediate denture?
A conventional denture is made after the tissue has healed, so we are working from a stable final impression. An immediate is fabricated before the extractions and delivered the same day, which means we are anticipating the ridge rather than recording it. Send pre-op records with an immediate case and we can set the teeth to the patient’s existing arrangement where you want that continuity.
Is a wax try-in included?
Yes, on every complete denture. It is where shade, mold, midline, lip support and the occlusal plane all get confirmed with the patient in the chair. Changing something in wax costs a great deal less than changing it after processing.
Can you duplicate a denture the patient already likes?
Yes. If a patient is happy with what they have and simply needs a replacement, send the existing denture along with the impression and we will duplicate the arrangement rather than starting from scratch.
What records do you need?
Final impressions, a bite registration, and your shade and mold selection. Photographs of the patient help more than people expect — particularly for anterior arrangement, where a reference for the old smile is worth more than any written description.
Can I send a digital scan instead of an impression?
Yes. If your scanner supports it, add GIE as a connected lab and send cases straight from your portal — see connect your scanner. If your system isn’t supported, upload STL or PLY files directly through send your scan files. Conventional impressions are also accepted — call and we’ll send a FedEx label for pickup.
