All-on-X full-arch implant restorations
Complete arch restorations supported by 4–6 implants — fixed, retrievable, and designed to last. Zirconia hybrid prosthetics, titanium bar frameworks, and immediate PMMA provisionals for same-day delivery.
Passive fit. Every case.
Full-arch implant prosthetics require tolerances that no other restoration demands. Every multi-unit case leaves GIE with a documented passive fit verification — no rocking, no stress on implants, no remakes at delivery.
We design in 3Shape using your implant system, multi-unit abutments, scan bodies, or analog impressions. Frameworks are milled from Katana or Dentsply Sirona zirconia on our 5-axis DGShape unit and verified on the master model before shipment.

All-on-X FAQ
Common questions from referring clinicians about our full-arch implant prosthetics.
How do you verify passive fit on full-arch cases?
Every multi-arch case leaves GIE with a documented passive fit verification on the master model — no rocking and no stress on the implants. We design in 3Shape around your implant system and the multi-unit abutments on the case, then verify the milled framework on the model before it ships, so it seats predictably at delivery.
Which implant systems do you support?
Almost every full-arch case restores onto multi-unit abutments (MUAs), so we work with any implant system that offers them — Nobel Biocare, Straumann, ZimVie, BioHorizons, Implant Direct, Astra, Neodent, Hiossen, MegaGen, Dentium, Camlog, Keystone, SGS, and more. Just tell us the implant system and which multi-unit abutments were placed, and we'll match the correct components.
What full-arch prosthetic options do you fabricate?
Most full-arch restorations seat on multi-unit abutments, and there are three ways to connect the final bridge: a screw-retained monolithic zirconia bridge fixed directly to the MUAs when the system allows it; a hybrid design using titanium bases bonded into the zirconia over the MUAs; or a zirconia bridge that seats onto a milled titanium bar. We also make acrylic-over-titanium-bar overdentures and milled PMMA immediate provisionals. Tell us the implant system and the MUAs placed, and we'll confirm which connection it supports.
Can you make an immediate or same-day provisional?
Yes. We fabricate milled PMMA immediate provisionals for the healing phase, and rush scheduling is available — call ahead so we can reserve mill time. The provisional also serves as a try-in to confirm esthetics and vertical dimension before the final zirconia is milled.
What do you need to start a full-arch case?
Send scans or a physical impression that captures the multi-unit abutments (using the matching scan bodies or impression copings), the implant system and which MUAs were placed, a bite and VDO record, and any photos or a wax-up for esthetics. That's everything we need — we'll work out the framework and connection design on our end. Upload digital files through our digital cases page or call us to schedule a pickup.
