Every screw-retained crown is designed in 3Shape with the access channel positioned for optimal esthetics — palatally on anteriors, occlusally on posteriors. Access holes are sealed with Teflon tape and composite so the restorations are indistinguishable from natural teeth.
We fabricate in monolithic PureZi zirconia for strength-critical posteriors and IPS e.max for esthetic anteriors, with layered CeraZi zirconia as a premium middle-ground option.
