Lab-milled PMMA provisionals are dimensionally stable, translucent, polishable, and can be fabricated to the exact shade and form of the planned final restoration — so the patient wears a true smile preview during the healing phase.
For full-arch cases, we fabricate immediate provisionals from the diagnostic wax-up or digital design so they are ready for surgery day delivery.
